Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are now available.  You can buy these in multiples of £10 so if, for example, you want to give a voucher worth £30 just put 3 vouchers in the payment box.  I will send you a gift certificate (to the value of the gift voucher that you have purchased) within 48 hours.  The gift voucher will contain a unique voucher code which can be used in the discount box at the checkout when the person you give it to purchases something on this website.

Redeeming your voucher: the discount code can only be used on a one-time purchase  because my ecommerce system is not sophisticated enough to be able to offer a flexible code the way that Amazon or John Lewis can.  However, if you have any particular needs regarding the gift vouchers just email me.  I can, for example, split a larger gift voucher into a number of different codes so that the recipient can use the value of the voucher over a number of different purchases.  Or, for anything more complicated, recipients can just email me to enrol the old fashioned way - they  let me know what they want to do and I can raise an invoice that they can pay by direct transfer to pay any difference.

Terms and conditions are very simple: I will make every effort to help you redeem your voucher but, obviously, a gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and is valid for only 9 months from the time of purchase.
